Payment can be made with cash, check or credit card. At this time, I am accepting new patients who are self-pay. I can provide a superbill to clients to submit to their insurance for out-of-network benefits.
Counseling or Life Coaching?
I provide both counseling services and life coaching for individuals.
When people seek counseling, they are usually focused on relieving emotional distress and improving the quality of their relationships. They may be dealing with depression, anxiety or substance use issues. If they have insurance, counseling may be covered by their insurance provider’s behavioral health plan.
People seeking life coaching usually have finite goals and projects they are working on; and they need support, help with motivation, and accountability. Life coaching is not covered by insurance.
